How long will the parcel be sent once payment is done?

For ready stock, Mscz Store will process and ship within one week. For the pre-order item or overseas product, please refer to the announcement bar for delivery time. Please note, most of our items are pre-ordered, and ready stock can be found in "ready stock" in the menu bar if there is any.

How to track my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided by email or SMS once shipped.

Is there any additional cost for re-delivery? 

A re-delivery shipping fee will be charged if the parcel is returned to us.
All parcels require to be signed for delivery. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it is being mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in the post office after 5 working days.  

Do you accept returns&defective items/wrong items?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any return or exchange unless the item is damaged or faulty due to our mistake. 
Please let us know within 2 days with your order ID and a description of defection if you found the item is defective.
*Whether item is eligible for an exchange/return will be determined based on discretion by our staff. The reimbursement will be refunded as credit voucher for your next purchase if there is any.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, we do not accept any cancellations once the order is confirmed.
We ask you for a careful examination including size, colour, etc. prior to your purchase.
